Does your shop ever close?

Nope! We're always open. We might run out of stock from time to time but will work to restock old products (and introduce new ones!) as quickly as possible.

Where/how are your products made?

It depends on the product!

Anything with fabric (scrunchies, headbands, etc.) is hand-sewn by us!

The designs for keychains and enamel pins are made by us, and then we send the designs off to a manufacturer. Once we get the keychains and pins back to us, we package them up to send to you!

Stickers are designed and cut by us, with a Cricut or by hand.

All of our shirts/hats are screenprinted and embroidered locally (to support small businesses like ourselves!). Specific brand depends on colors and availability, but the brand will always be listed on the product page.

How do the sizes for shirts run?

Please see size charts below for Bella + Canvas tees. If you need a size chart for one of the other brands, please contact us!

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! Unless otherwise noted, shipping costs are $10 USD to Canada, and $14 USD to everywhere else outside of the USA.

When/how will my order ship?

All orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from when they are placed unless otherwise noted. Orders go out on Mondays and Thursdays. We use USPS and will include tracking whenever possible.

**Please note, we will do everything in our control to ensure a smooth delivery and to help track down lost items, but unfortunately in most cases we cannot provide refunds or replacements for items lost or delivered late by USPS. Contact us to let us know if you never received your item and we will do our best to help you sort it out.**

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Yes we do! If you need an exchange or return, please send an email to [email protected].

Exchanges: Please include the reason for the exchange and your order number in your email. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost on the item you'd like to exchange, as well as the shipping cost to send the new item to you. Once we receive the original item we will send out the new one.

Returns: Please include the reason for the return and your order number in your email. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item you will receive a full refund to your method of payment.

To be eligible for returns or exchanges, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and you must send the item back in an unwashed/unworn/unused condition.

We do not offer order cancellations.

I want to order goodies for my whole squad! Do you offer group/bulk discounts?

Yes! For all orders of 10 or more items, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Large order request" and we'll get you set up.

What is the best way to stay up to date on new products or restocks?

Follow us on Instagram or Twitter, or join our mailing list! We'll also send out discount codes and other special offers from time to time, so subscribe to the mailing list and don't miss out!
